Area Description:
Located in the growing tourist town of Coco Beach (Playas del Coco) with a Four Seasons and a Hilton Resort already operating in the same general area (and others are coming). Quality supermarket (Automercado) are under construction. A shopping Mall with two 100 seat cinemas is being planned. Several high-end gated communities are under development in the area, with one having announced they plan to include a golf course, spa and equestrian center. And a marina is coming as well, work expected to start in two or three years. Coco Beach has lots of nice, good quality restaurants and it's a good dive location too. Distance from the Liberia International Airport about 25 minutes.
